Partition Magic: A commercial disk partition reformatter for DOS, Windows and OS/2. Unlike FDISK, Partition Magic will alter partitioning without data loss. Partition Magic reports on hard drive partitioning and will shrink or expand partitions with cluster size adjustment. It handles FAT, HPFS (OS/2) or NTFS (Windows 95) partitions; formats disks; and handles Windows 95 long file names. It also includes Partition table diagnostics. Powerquest Corp, Box 1911, Orem, UT 84059, Early versions of Partition Magic did not allow altering cluster sizes, and Version 1.0 did not allow the size of the primary partition to be changed.
